You’re invited to attend two full days of continuing education with geriatric care managers.

Please join the membership of the SC Chapter of NAPGCM in Grapevine, Texas this November for an opportunity to network, learn and relax with fellow Care Management professionals. Our conference begins with a special reception Thursday evening. Friday and Saturday have a full line up of great speakers; and CEU's will be available for many healthcare professionals.

Your committee has selected the Residence Inn by Marriott in Grapevine as the preferred hotel with a conference rate. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than the conference dates and use this opportunity as a family vacation! Choose to stay at the Residence Inn or at the luxurious Gaylord Texan Resort or the fun-filled Great Wolf Lodge Indoor Water Park Resort (no conference rate available for these hotels). Whichever hotel you choose, Grapevine has much to offer in addition to our exciting conference.

The Residence Inn is offering a special a rate of $109 per night for conference participants. Please mention you are with the NAPGCM – South Central Chapter group to participate in the group rate. Cutoff date at the hotel for the reduced price is October 5, 2011. Complementary transportation will be available from the hotel to and from the conference each day. For evening events, carpooling with those who have vehicles is encouraged.
